Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Utilize a variety of channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising, to generate high-quality leads
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and maintain a consistent brand message
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Continuously improve lead generation processes by testing and refining strategies, tools, and techniques
  • Report on lead generation activities and KPIs to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a lead generation or digital marketing role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs in a lead generation capacity
  • Strong understanding of lead generation best practices and various marketing channels
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
